AMS to partner at the 18th Annual Australasian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week

AMS is delighted to be an Event Partner at the 18th Annual Australasian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week, taking place on 9-12 June 2015 in Melbourne.  It is the biggest gathering of SSO professionals in the APAC region. This event attracts more than 500 business transformation executives from a broad range industries.

The theme for 2015 is ‘Delivering increased value through digital transformation, data analytics and enhanced partnerships’ and the program is focused on ‘What’s next?’ for shared service organisations. 

One of AMS key health customers, Capital and Coast District Health Board, is presenting a Case Study; Raewyn Bates, Lead for Workforce Management Projects at Capital and Coast District Health Board will be speaking about their journey.  The message is full of insight and tells of both anticipated and unanticipated challenges and benefits and the lessons learned, as only can be told by someone who has managed significant transformational change.

 

Topics covered will include:

·         Executive buy-in and other factors that have influenced success

·         Savings achieved through automation, pay accuracy and manager control of leave liability

·         Challenges including historical practise differing from Employment Agreement entitlement and cultural change
