NZ Health Finance Workshop supported by AMS
07 Oct 2014

AMS are really pleased to be a sponsor of the 12th Health Sector Finance Workshop, an annual event run by Waikato District Health Board. The workshop is aimed at accounting professionals who provide financial services and advice to chief executives, chief financial officers, funding general managers and other managers within the New Zealand heath sector, largely DHBs and NGOs.

AMS are sponsoring a presentation by Capital and Coast District Health Board who will be talking about their journey over the past 12 months; including process and leave initiatives that are resulting in cost containment as well as generating savings for the DHB.  A key benefit of the CCDHB project has resulted in a range of monitored KPIs that are delivered through Executive and Management dashboards, and help drive behavioural change.
