nib Insurance New Zealand (previously Kiwi Insurance) launched in 2002 as a 100% owned NZ Bank and has grown to more than one million customers. AMS works with nib delivering their integrated sales and policy administration solution into its complex banking architecture. 

nib uses the AMS Life Insurance solution nationally across the nib insurance network to quote and sell its growing Life Insurance product portfolio. The AMS sales administration application is in use daily by staff to quote and sell. The core AMS Policy Administration solution, incorporating our automated underwriting engine, is used to manage the lifecycle of the product. 

The AMS solution provides an end-to-end automated suite that is integrated into nib’s core applications and delivers real value to nib Insurance. Customer information, loan information, banking information and payments can be processed and shared across the wider infrastructure providing flexibility and efficiency. Since 2011 AMS and nib Insurance have enjoyed an excellent partnership focussed on delivering a robust, flexible, integrated solution to help drive nib Insurance’s business forward.
