Te Whatu Ora Nelson Marlborough has a staff of more than 2,800 and serves a large geographic region at the top of the South Island, which has a permanent population of more than 150,000.

With the AMS Roster to Pay solution in place, the district has been able to deliver an accurate and effective end-to-end rostering and payroll function. Ongoing work to roll out the comprehensive list of HR functions, completing the full HR puzzle, is also underway.
