AMS COVID-19 Update: 23 March 2020

In response to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 and the latest Government announcement of Alert Level 3 - moving to Level 4 on Wednesday - I want to update all of our customers on the measures AMS have taken to protect the health and wellbeing of our people, of your people, and how we will ensure that our business will continue to operate and support you without interruption. 

We are at an unprecedented stage in the history of New Zealand and indeed the world. In recognising this, we have been preparing, and successfully testing, the effectiveness of our Pandemic Business Continuity Plan over the past weeks.

After the announcement today, we have begun to implement the plan. 

In short, this means that all AMS staff are able to work from home immediately without any service disruption or impact to any of our customers.

You can contact your account manager, or any of us, in the usual ways. Apart from our staff being located remotely, it is business-as-usual for all of our teams. 

We greatly appreciate your support and ongoing cooperation through this uncertain time. All of the team at AMS look forward to working together with you through this period, and into the future.
